A process built around follow-through
Every engagement is different, but the discipline is consistent. We keep expectations clear, especially about what requires your participation.
- 1
Understand
We start with your current workflow, tools, objectives, and the constraints that matter. Before proposing anything, we make sure the picture is accurate, including what has been tried before.
- 2
Define scope and roles
Priorities, deliverables, cadence, access, and authorship get agreed up front, in writing. Crucially, we agree which steps are yours and which are ours.
- 3
Build and organize
We organize records, clean up what is behind, build the reports, dashboards, and tools, and set up the structures that keep work in one consistent place.
- 4
Execute on a rhythm
The agreed work happens on a steady cadence: books current, billing followed, reporting refreshed, administration maintained. Follow-up is tracked so nothing goes quiet.
- 5
Review and hand over
We review results together, resolve issues, adjust priorities, and when it's time, hand over cleanly with enough structure that the work can continue.
We name the limits clearly
What we do
- Carry out the agreed financial, data, and administrative work.
- Build usable deliverables: books, dashboards, reports, tools, structures.
- Track follow-up and keep tasks moving on an agreed rhythm.
- Explain our work so you understand the picture, not just the output.
What stays with you
- Signatures, approvals, and steps that only the owner can take.
- Named ownership of accounts and legal registrations.
- Decisions about priorities, risk, and how far to go.
- Participation we agreed, such as providing access or documents.
What we don't do
To keep expectations honest, a few boundaries are worth stating plainly: we are not a CPA firm, not a collection agency, and not a lender. We do not guarantee results such as recoveries, approvals, or tax outcomes. Certain advice (legal, tax, investment) is provided only within clearly defined engagement scope, or we point you to the right specialist.
